About

Development and Outreach

We are forming relationships with corporate and community allies to build a solid structure to help women make progress. TEW lunch

The EXTRAordinary Women promotes community outreach and supports local groups such as Marguerite’s Place and The Autism Society and is creating channels for members to contribute to mentoring and opportunity programs.

LEADERSHIP

Prospective sponsors and members are encouraged to bring proposals to us. Through sharing perspectives or supporting the community, the aim is to provide interactive programs to assist members (and their much younger sisters) achieve recognition,  goals, and foster mutual interests. Sponsors’ staff and employees often feel the benefit, too.

A fundamental principle is to create a network that encourages connections on a peer-to-peer basis. We provide ongoing growth opportunities for career and professional development with speakers, training, and programs/activities. Also underway are ventures to promote a closer mentoring relationship with business groups and institutions to work in harmony on career and professional development for members.
